【業務内容】

ご入居者さまの 居室清掃・共用部の簡単な清掃

お茶出し・配膳・下膳・食事サポート

口腔ケアの声かけや歯ブラシ準備

軽い着替え補助(衣服の準備・整え)

フロアでの 見守り・声かけ

など

経験豊富な方はもちろん、経験が少ない方でも始めやすい業務内容です

【1日の流れ】

9:00〜10:00

出勤・申し送り確認

居室の簡単な清掃、タオル交換

10:00〜11:30

ご入居者さまの見守り・声かけ

お茶出しや水分補給のサポート

11:30〜13:00

昼食の配膳・下膳

食後のテーブル片付け・環境整備

13:00〜14:30

着替えや整容の軽い補助(服の準備・整え)

フロアの見守り

14:30〜15:30

おやつの配膳サポート

居室や共有部の整理・清掃

15:30〜17:00

ご入居者との談話・フロア見守り

軽い事務補助(タオル・備品の補充など)

17:00〜18:00

夕食の配膳準備(必要に応じて下膳)

退勤準備、申し送り

初任者研修(時給):1550円~1650円+交通費支給

介護福祉士(時給):1650円~1750円+交通費支給

無資格(時給):1400円~+交通費支給

※22:00~翌5:00は深夜勤務手当を支給します。

※資格・経験・募集状況により異なります。

初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

介護福祉士

資格がない方も半年以上のご経験があればOK♪

週2日~/1日8時間~
