【業務内容】

ご利用者さまの 居室・共有スペースの清掃

配膳・下膳のサポート・食事サポート

洗濯物の仕分け・タオル補充

フロアでの 見守り・声かけ

簡単なベッドメイキング

など

経験豊富な方はもちろん、経験が少ない方でも始めやすい業務内容です

【1日の流れ】

9:00〜9:30

出勤・申し送り確認

フロアや居室の換気、タオル補充

9:30〜11:00

居室清掃・ベッドメイキング

洗濯物の仕分け

11:00〜12:30

昼食準備(テーブルセッティング)

配膳・下膳のサポート・食事サポート

食後のテーブル清掃

12:30〜14:00

フロアでの見守り・声かけ

簡単な片付けや備品整理

14:00〜15:30

お茶出し・水分補給サポート

環境整備(廊下・共有部の清掃)

15:30〜17:00

居室巡回での見守り・雑談

必要に応じて軽い着替え補助

17:00〜18:00

夕食準備サポート

初任者研修(時給):1550円~1650円+交通費支給

介護福祉士(時給):1650円~1750円+交通費支給

無資格(時給):1400円~+交通費支給

※22:00~翌5:00は深夜勤務手当を支給します。

※資格・経験・募集状況により異なります。

求める人材:

【必須】下記のうち1つ以上お持ちの方

初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

介護福祉士

資格がない方も半年以上のご経験があればOK♪

勤務時間・曜日:

【実際に稼働しているスタッフのシフト例】

①週2日×1日6時間勤務 子育てと両立しながら働くスタッフ

②早番専従×週3日勤務 仕事終わりの自分の時間を大切にされているスタッフ

③週5日×1日8時間勤務 派遣の高時給でフルタイムで働き、収入を大幅アップさせたスタッフ

【勤務時間例】

始業時間 16:00~/16:30~/17:00~

終業時間 ~翌9:00/~翌9:30/~翌10:00 など
