【具体的な仕事内容】
自社製の高品質な焼成冷凍パンの
「検品・包装」のお仕事をお任せします。
各工程ごとに少人数のチームで作業を行います。
一部ライン作業もありますが、
基本的にはチームで協力しながら
モクモクとできる単純作業が多いので未経験も安心
※立ち仕事になります。
- 具体的には?
・焼き上がったパンの検品
(焼き色、形、大きさ、付着物など)
・検品後のパンを包装用の機械に流す
・機械による袋詰め作業 など

カンタンな単純作業が多いので、 未経験の方でも覚えやすい
※能力や適性を判断し、担当する工程が決まります。
その日の状況に応じて担当工程が変動します。
固定ではないので、飽きがなく楽しく仕事ができますよ

先輩社員がイチから丁寧に指導していきます。
実際の業務を少しずつ行いながら指導するので
スムーズに作業を覚えることができますよ
チーム制での作業なので、

- 時間・曜日は基本的に固定なので予定も立てやすく働きやすい
- 1週間毎だから急な用事やお子様の行事など調整も可能
上記時間内で週3日~1日5時間~勤務OK
- 土日どちらか勤務できる方歓迎
- フルタイム出来る方も大歓迎
