部署・サービスについて
トラベル&モビリティ事業の人事部門では、楽天トラベルの掲げる「アジアNo.1のOTA(オンライン旅行予約サービス)」の達成に向け、経営層と連携しながら様々な課題へチャレンジをしています。

国内、海外ともに事業の成長をより促進していくため、様々な人事施策を企画・実行し、事業のミッション達成に向けて、事業・コーポレート各組織とOne Teamで挑んでいます。

ポジション:
募集背景
人事総務室では、採用、タレントマネジメント、育成、給与、労務など人事に関わる業務を事業人事として行っています。また、Employee Engagement Survey(従業員満足度)を継続的に実施、その結果を通して組織課題の発見、解決の立案など、積極的な改善活動を行っています。

更なる事業拡大に向けて、体制を強化すべく増員を計画しています。

業務内容
トラベル&モビリティ事業の人事メンバーの一員として、ビジネスゴール達成を人事面から支援する役割を担っていただきます。

・事業部門と連携し、経営・事業現場双方の緊急・重要度の高い課題を解決する人事企画の立案と実行

・人事本部のディレクションに沿った各事業への人事施策のデリバリー、部門人事・総務担当との連携

・トラベル&モビリティ事業における人事データの収集分析

・課題整理、それに対する施策検討

・人事戦略におけるKGI、KPIの策定と管理およびアクション

・海外拠点への人事施策導入、総務業務

※事業と近い距離で仕事が出来る為、事業成長と自己成長を共に実感していただける業務内容となります。

働く環境
人事総務室18名(マネージャー含む)で、男女比は半々ほどです。

必須要件:
・Excel(基本的な関数が使えるレベル)

・変化を前向きに捉え柔軟かつスピーディに行動できる姿勢

・関連部門、同僚、社員とホスピタリティをもってコミュニケーションできる力

・自ら課題を見出し、情報を整理し提案・実現できる主体性

TOEIC 800点以上(もしくは同程度の英語力を保有している資格の証明、英語圏の大卒以上の学位証明ができること)
