09:00 出勤/夜勤職員からの引き継ぎ

09:30 入居者様の見守り・居室巡回

11:30 昼食の準備

12:00 昼食/食事介助/口腔ケア

13:30 入浴介助

14:30 レクリエーション/おやつ

16:30 夜勤スタッフに引き継ぎ/夕食準備

17:00 夕食/食事介助

18:00 退勤
