人材採用プロデューサーの★アシスタント業務★
クライアント企業の採用活動を提案/フォロー/アドバイスし、採用活動全体をプロデュース致します。
■採用活動の見直し・提案:成功している部分、失敗している部分を見極め、改善案を提示
■改善案をもとにして実行:クライアントと一緒に採用活動をスタート
■フォローアップ:クライアントができない部分を代わりに対応
【入社後の流れ】
☆希望と適性を考慮して配属先を決定します。
☆業界や市場について学んでいただきます。
☆採用プロデューサーと一緒にクライアント様のフォローアップを行っていただきます。
【将来のキャリアパス】
将来は一人あたり7~10社のクライアント企業を採用プロデューサーとともに担当していただきます。
クライアントは日本全国におります。
※ご希望があれば採用プロデューサーになることも可能です。
※適性やスキルにより担当社数は変動いたします。
※希望があれば、教育・マネジメント・経営にも携われます。

8:00~18:00

土日祝休み

■完全週休2日制(土・日・祝日)

月~水曜日までは全力で仕事をし、木~金曜日は短時間集中。
次世代的な1週間の仕事リズムを作り、将来的に週休3日制を導入予定。

<モデル年収例>
年収450万円 / 29歳 経験3年
■月給:27万円
(見込み残業代40時間分/7万円を含む) ※超過分は別途支給
※2年目以降:月給30万円以上
(見込み残業代40時間分/8万円を含む) ※超過分は別途支給
※社会保険労務士有資格者は月給:35万円以上
(見込み残業代40時間分/9万円を含む) ※超過分は別途支給
