【主な職種内容】

・会計ソフト入力

・銀行入出金明細確認、会計反映、未入金シート反映

・書類保管・整理全般

・備品発注

・支払証ひょう保存

・郵便物確認

・その他、補助業務全般

【一緒に働くメンバー】

部署には社員4名(男性1名、女性3名)

が所属しており、30代中心に活躍中。

部署や役職に関係なく、

  • こんな方に向いています

・今まで培った経理の経験を活かしたい方

・経理の実務経験が浅くても、

会計ソフトの使用経験がある方

【必須】

・基本的なPCスキル

(Excel・Word・Googleスプレッドシート・Googleドキュメント等)

・会計ソフト使用経験1年以上

【歓迎条件】

・経理業務の実務経験が2年以上ある方

・日商簿記3級をお持ちの方

シフト制

実働時間:1日あたり5時間

【勤務時間】10:00~18:00

上記時間内で1日5時間のシフト制

※月に1度シフトご提出いただきます。

※有給休憩15分を含みます

・勤務開始時間は10:00や13:00など

日によって変更OK

・休憩は、ご自身のタイミングに合わせて

お好きな時間に取っていただきます

給与


時給 1400円 ~

通勤費は別途支給します。(規定有)

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

週5日勤務していただける方を
