事業強化に伴う増員です。

同社では、消防、防災といった公共系システムを中心に、設計開発から、生産、導入、保守まで一貫したビジネスを手掛けています。その中で同部門は、主に消防システムの情報系・支援系アプリケーションの開発を担務しており、市場動向等を踏まえた消防システムのアップグレードや、総務省消防庁の推進する消防指令システムの高度化等に向けた検討会への対応などが必要となっております。

2024年3月に総務省消防庁から方針が出た段階のため、ここから大規模な開発に向けて仕様を決定していくフェーズです。2027年度のお客様からは新型システムの運用を開始したいというスケジュール感です。

【ミッション】

大規模な開発に向けた体制強化、将来的な組織人員構成の適正化を目的に既存の消防指令システムの開発及びインターフェイスの標準化、クラウド化を推進に従事いただき次期指令システムの構築をお任せします。

【業務内容】

消防システム開発全般に携わっていただきます。

【担当商材】

  • 情報系アプリケーション開発:消防指令システム

・119番通報の受付から、発生場所・災害種類や規模を特定、そして出動部隊の編制、出動命令、出動部隊からの現場情報の収集などを行う消防指令システムの開発となります。

・24時間365日休まずに119番対応する消防指令センターのため、同社独自のノウハウとデジタル技術を結集し信頼性の高いシステムを実現しています。

・119番通報の受け付けから、消防・救急車両の到着までの作業を効率化するため作業の一部の自動化を図り、指令業務のスピードアップを実現しています。

・個別の消防機関ごとにシステムを構築するため、地域の特性に合せて消防活動に対しきめ細かくサポートすることができます。

  • 支援系アプリケーション開発:情報管理システム

・総務省消防庁への火災・救急の出動状況報告等を目的とした情報管理システム全般の開発となります。
