仕事内容:
★プラモデルや組立式模型などのホビー製品の
「試作・組立〜チェック〜出荷準備」まで一貫して手掛けております。
ものづくりの流れを現場で学びながら、チームで協力して進める仕事です。★
※未経験からでも安心してスタートできる研修制度と、
常に先輩と一緒に動くチーム体制が整っています。
※扱う製品はホビー製品(プラモデル等)が中心のため、
重い部品を運ぶ作業はほとんどありません。

※入社後 2週間は研修期間 となります・ものづくりの基本的な流れ
- プラモデル等ホビー製品の制作工程の理解
- 使用する素材・部品の基礎知識と注意点
- 図面・仕様書の見方(基礎)
- PCでのデータ入力や簡単な管理ツールの使い方
- ビジネスマナー・報連相
⇒ ゼロから丁寧に学べる研修なので、未経験の方も安心です。
☆研修後のお仕事☆
- 先輩スタッフと一緒に制作サポート業務
- 組立工程・制作進行のチェック
- 部品・材料の在庫確認や補充サポート
- 制作状況の記録、簡単なデータ入力
- 出荷前チェックや梱包準備のサポート
