カスタマーサポート・営業

【主なお仕事について】

・導入企業様からの問い合わせ対応(チャット・メール中心)

・ユーザーサポートとマニュアル作成

・見込み顧客へのヒアリング・提案活動

・商談設定・契約サポート業務

・顧客要望の開発チームへのフィードバック
