【仕事内容】

移動やまちづくり領域のDXを推進する同社にてフロントエンドチームのリーダーとして技術戦略の策定や組織を牽引します。 技術選定やアーキテクチャ設計などの上流工程から参画し顧客への提供価値最大化を目指します。

【具体的には】

・UI/UX設計および技術選定の主導

・フロントエンドアーキテクチャの策定・改善

・技術レビューおよびパフォーマンス最適化

・開発進行管理およびメンバーアサイン

・若手育成や技術支援

・顧客折衝や要件定義支援

・生成AIやLLMなどの最新技術活用

【給与】

年収650~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
