職務内容/Job duties デジタルエンジニアリングユニットは、先端テクノロジーを活用した新たな価値創出や、クライアントビジネス価値の向上、よりよい社会の実現を目指し、大手企業を中心に最適なDXの方向性を見極め、経営課題を解決するコンサルティングサービスを提供しています。

当ユニットの「DXコンサルタント」として、DXに関わる戦略策定から導入、PMOまで幅広く活躍いただきます。

【コンサルティング領域】

◆デジタル技術を用いた業務改革における構想策定支援

・DX・ITアセスメント、戦略策定、ロードマップ・計画策定

・クライアントプロジェクト推進体制構築

・アーキテクチャデザイン、技術的アドバイザリー

Qualifications

応募資格/Qualifications ◆必須要件:以下いずれかに該当する方

ングファームにて、3年以上のDXプロジェクト参画経験
DXやITの戦略・構想策定における1年以上のプロジェクト参画経験

ける3年以上のプロジェクト参画経験
DXやITプロジェクトでの3年以上のPMO経験

【マネージャー以上は以下いずれか必須】

DXやITの戦略・構想策定、業務・システム要件定義、およびPMOにおける7年以上のコンサルティング経験かつ、1年以上のプロジェクト管理者経験

・顧客向け提案活動、提案書の作成経験

・プロジェクトの品質および収支管理経験

・特定のオファリングやアカウントのビジネスプランに責任を持ち、チーム運営した経験

・DXやITの戦略や構想策定の実務経験

・ビジネスモデルやITアーキテクチャデザインの実務経験

・大規模プロジェクトでのクライアント関係構築、ベンダー管理経験

・データ活用の戦略・設計・実装・評価経験

・ITデューデリジェンス経験

・DX・ITコスト最適化プロジェクト経験

・DX関連組織・人材強化プロジェクト経験

・仮説構築力、問題解決力、コミュニケーション能力等のベーシックスキル

・DXやITプロジェクトでのプロジェクト管理者経験

・Microsoft Power Point、Microsoft Excel、Microsoft Wordスキル

◆歓語学力

【日本語】

・ビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーション力

・ネイティブもしくはJLPT N1レベルが必須(外国籍の方も日本人とほぼ同等レベルの会話及び筆記能力を求めます)

【英語】

・TOEIC 800点相当以上(シニアマネージャー以上は必須、マネージャー以下でも700点以上が望ましい)
