【事業成長を支える「商談創造」の心臓部を、ゼロから内製化・再構築】
ワンキャリアは、売上高昨対比+40%の急成長を続けており、現在、中期経営計画で掲げた売上100億円という目標達成と、その先のさらなる事業スケールに向けた重要なフェーズを迎えています。
次なる成長ステージへ進むためには、安定して質の高い商談数を確保し、収益基盤をより強固なものにすることが不可欠です。現在は外部の力も借りていますが、事業拡大に伴い、インサイドセールス(IS)をより戦略的な機能として位置付け、組織力を高める必要が生じています。
そこで今回、私たちはインサイドセールス部門を完全に内製化し、データドリブンな戦略実行部隊としてゼロから再構築することを決定しました。
このポジションは、単なる業務担当者ではなく、「会社の成長を牽引する商談創造組織」の立ち上げコアメンバーです。再立ち上げのフェーズにジョインし、当社の100億円達成と持続成長に直結する重要なミッションを遂行することで、ご自身のキャリアにおける強烈なトラックレコードを作っていただくことも可能です。
データを基に効率的かつ戦略的に質の高い商談を創出し、マーケティング部門とフィールドセールス部門を繋ぐ「ビジネスの要」となる組織を共に創り上げていきませんか。
具体的な業務
【顧客の課題解決をスタートさせる、戦略的なセールスの起点】
インサイドセールスとして、マーケティング部門が獲得したリード(見込み顧客)に対し、電話やメール、各種ツールを活用した非対面でのコミュニケーションを行います。
単にアポイントメントを獲得するだけでなく、企業が抱える採用・組織課題を深くヒアリングし、当社のサービスが提供できる価値を伝えることで、質の高い商談機会を創出し、フィールドセールスへ接続する戦略的な役割を担います。
将来的には、マーケットやプロダクトの知見を活かし、部門横断的なセールス戦略の立案・実行にも携わっていただくことを期待しています。
【具体的には】
・顧客課題のヒアリングと商談機会の創出:
- 企業の採用や組織に関する潜在的な課題を深くヒアリングし、解決策としての当社のプロダクトの可能性を提示。商談の確度を高めたうえで、フィールドセールスへ引き継ぐ(トスアップ)。
・セールス戦略・施策への貢献:
- 顧客との会話で得られた生の市場情報や顧客課題を構造化し、マーケティング部門やフィールドセールス部門、プロダクト開発部門へフィードバック。戦略立案やプロダクト改善に貢献する。
・営業効率向上のための仕組みづくり:
SalesforceなどのSFA/CRMツールを用いたデータ管理・分析に基づき、効率的なアプローチリストの作成や、部門全体の営業プロセス改善提案・実行をリードする。

・事業部長は30代前半、平均年齢28歳ほどの、若手が活躍する組織です。
