TSOはテレアポ・飛び込み・ノルマなし

【仕事内容】

社用車で訪問しアクセサリーやカメラ、バッグなどの買取業務をお任せします。

500円でも値をつけるため成約率は高いです

※完全分業制のため仕事に集中できる環境が整っています。

※決められたお客様先を回るので、テレアポ、飛び込み等は一切ありません。

1日のスケジュール

①訪問先の確認

専門のスタッフが取得したアポイントを確認。担当エリア内のお客さま宅を訪問します。

※訪問件数は1日3件~5件程度です

②査定

お客さま宅で商品を査定します。本部に商品の写真を送れば、5分で買取価格がわかるので、未経験でも安心して査定を行えます。

③価格提示

お客様に買取金額を提示。納得いただいたうえで買い取ります。成約率は8割以上です。

④商品確認

社内で商品を確認して、報告書にまとめます。

時間例

>10時/出社(お客様宅に直行)

>10時~13時/お客様先宅にて商品査定(1件~3件)

>13時~13時45分(ランチ)

>14時~18時/お客様先宅にて商品査定(1件~3件)

>18時~18時30分/帰社・買取商品処理

>18時30分~19時30分/退社

TSOで働くポイント

・約3か月の研修で段階を踏み育成します

・営業の売るイメージと違って買い取るため成約率は約8割

  • 当社はリユース会社としては規模があり、自社オークションから海外輸出まで、商品を売るルートが多様。

・買取した商品が高く売れれば利益がインセンティブへ直結

  • 規模感と売るルートがあるので、在庫を抱えておく余裕もあります。ブランド品などは、需要と供給のバランスが最大の時に売るのが一番。

9:00〜19:00(実働稼働8時間)

残業は1日1時間と少なめです
