業務内容
動物用医薬品やケア製品を提供する企業にてProject Coordinatorを募集いたします。 会社統合による経理システムのプロジェクトをメインで担当いただきます。
▼職務内容:
業務の効率化・ITシステムの統一化プロジェクトを推進(70~80%)
必要な情報のデータ収集、作成物の作成、レビュー
- 業務プロセスが変更となった際の実現性の検証
- 課題の提示、解決に向けた対応案の策定
自部門への説明、展開時のサポート
月次決算業務対応(20%~30%)
会計ソフト:JD
- Edwards
- 支払申請システム:楽楽精算・IBM Lotus Notes
- その他:TALON・固定資産奉行
- Microsoft、Google

応募条件
▼必須要件:
- 3年以上の事業会社等における経理または財務の実務経験
- 簿記2級程度の会計知識
- Word、Excel、PowerPoint
- 関数(Sum・Vlookup・If)・ピボットテーブルを使用できる
- 英語スキル:読み書き・コミュニケーションが可能なレベル
