We are looking for a Project Coordination / Delivery Support who can own the overall status of multiple projects, work closely with offshore PMs, and support bidding & proposal for small-scale projects.
This role is ideal for candidates who aim to grow into a Delivery Manager in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with offshore Project Managers (PIC for micro management) to track project progress
• Maintain overall visibility of multiple ongoing projects
• Consolidate project status, risks, issues, and action items
• Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports for management and clients
• Escalate risks and support decision-making when needed
(Optional)
• Support bidding, proposal preparation, and estimation for small-size projects
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in:
• Project Coordinator / PMO / Project Assistant / Junior PM / Onsite Leader
• Experience working with offshore delivery models is a strong plus
Skills
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle
• Ability to manage and track multiple projects at a high level
• Experience in project reporting and stakeholder communication
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in estimation / bidding / proposal
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and task management tools (Jira, Redmine, Backlog, etc.)
Soft Skills
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Structured thinking and good prioritization
• Proactive and ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Language
• Japanese (N2) good at conversation
