仕事内容:
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Influencer & Community Engagement
-Connect and collaborate with a minimum of 3 Japanese or international influencers -per month in Japan
-Coordinate content creation sessions with influencers for social media
Invite at least 2 international influencers to attend monthly events
Maintain proper documentation of meetings (date, location, discussion points)
Build and manage a relationship database (contacts & follow-ups)
2. Social Media Content Production
Edit and produce 2 high-quality videos per week
Content formats:
Short-form (60–90s) for Instagram & TikTok
Medium-form (3–5 mins) for YouTube & Facebook
Add captions in Japanese & English
Apply branding elements and relevant hashtags
Track basic engagement metrics (views, shares, comments)
3. Japanese Community Events
Organize 1 community event per month for Japanese Muslim & non-Muslim communities
Develop a clear monthly theme or objective
Target minimum 10 participants per event
Record participant feedback (video-based)
Prepare post-event reports within 3 days
Work closely with MyFundAction volunteers

Requirements
- Based in Japan or able to operate on-ground in Japan
- Fluent in Japanese
- Conversational in English
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Experience in content creation, social media, or community work is highly preferredSelf-driven, organized, and comfortable working with diverse communities
- Familiarity with Muslim community work is a plus (but not mandatory)
