【業務内容】

20代〜30代活躍中綺麗で快適なオフィスでの営業事務です。

得意先からの注文データを入力したり、

書類作成などのサポート業務をお任せします。

DX化が進んでおり、効率的にスマートに働ける環境です。

具体的なお仕事

・電話やメールで届く注文内容のデータ入力

・専用システムを使った受発注処理・出荷手配

・請求書作成や書類のファイリング・管理

・お客様からの問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)

・営業スタッフのサポート業務全般

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

09:30~18:30

実働時間:8時間/日

出社時間が遅いので、通勤ラッシュとは無縁です。

休憩1時間、11:30~12:30なので、混雑するレストランも並ばず入れます。

社内で食事休憩も可能(電子レンジ・電気ケトル・冷蔵庫あり)

契約更新期間:半年契約で、自動更新

給与詳細

基本給:月給 18万円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

  • 役職手当 2万5千~30万円
  • 教育手当 5千円/人(子供)

正社員登用は、6か月以上勤務後に実施可能
