自動車のブレーキマスターシリンダーの組立など

未経験の方でも始めやすいよう、研修やフォロー体制がしっかり整っています。

最初は簡単な作業から担当するので安心。

慣れてくると徐々に作業範囲を広げられ、やりがいを持って働けます。
