仕事内容:

半導体製造装置の製造を行っている、当社の請負現場にて製品の組立を行っていただきます。

ゆくゆくは現場管理者として管理業務に携わっていただくのでマネジメントスキルも身につきます☆

■装置の組立・管理業務

<装置の組立>

半導体製造装置を製造している工場内にて、

半導体の製造装置の組立をメインにお任せいたします。図面を読み取りながら、ドライバー等の工具を使って組み立てていただきます。

<管理業務>

まずは現場作業から始め、実際の仕事を体感しましょう

現場に慣れてきたら「人材管理」「シフト管理」「工程管理」などの管理業務を徐々にお任せします。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

休暇・休日:

土日祝(会社カレンダーによる)

GW・夏季・年末年始の大型連休あり

アクセス:

JR九州豊肥本線 原水駅より車で15分

交通費規定支給(月額20000円まで支給)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥200,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【月収内訳】

基本給18万円+固定残業代5万円+リーダー手当2万円=月収25万円

※固定残業代30h/5万円(超過分は別途支給致します)

※一律リーダー手当2万円

※別途賞与あり

【年収例】

年収400万円以上/入社1年目

月収29万円(月給25万円+各種手当)×12ヶ月+賞与年2回
