商品企画・マーケティング担当

【仕事内容】

フロント業務&新商品の企画やマーケティング業務全般です。

新商品の企画など車好きのアイデアを商品にし、販売までの企画です。

  • 具体的には・・・
  • 関係各部署との調整

メカニックや製造担当と連携し、顧客要望を具体的な仕様に反映するための調整業務を行います。

  • 新商品企画業務

社内外(フロントで聴いた意見・展示会・SNS等)から、ユーザーのペインポイントやニーズを収集。

車好きの視点を活かし、「こういう商品があったらいい」の具体的なアイデアを提案。

  • 市場調査・競合分析

顧客の嗜好やトレンド、競合他社製品を定量・定性分析し、市場ギャップや強みを把握。

  • マーケティング・販売推進

ターゲット層に響く販促メッセージや広告展開、展示イベントの企画等を立案。

発売後の販売動向、顧客反応、在庫状況などを分析。必要に応じて、改良や販促再配置を行い、改善を図ります。

【給与】

月給230,000円~400,000円

※前職の給与及び保有能力・経験等考慮します。もちろん能力次第でそれ以上も可能です

【勤務時間・曜日】

10:00~19:00

※残業は、ほぼありません。

【資格・経験】

  • 未経験者OK(経験者歓迎)
  • 要普通免許
  • 専門知識が無くてもOK車好き歓迎
