ーお仕事内容ー

弊社が一棟借りしているマンションに

お住まいの利用者への訪問介護、または

近隣にお住まいの利用者様への訪問介護を

お願いします。

具体的には…

____________________

・身体介護

・家事援助(簡単な掃除やご飯の配膳など)

・健康管理

・報告書の作成 など

。+移動少なめで働きやすい+ 。

一棟借りしているマンション内での

お仕事の際は、お部屋を

一つひとつ訪問する形の介護なので、

移動が本当に楽です

マンション以外の訪問先もありますが

近隣にお住まいなので訪問しやすい

遠くても自転車で15分程度で、

電動自転車も完備しているので、

楽ちんですよ+゜

。+ 難しい介護は現状ほぼナシ+ 。

障害区分、介護度が比較的軽い

利用者様への対応なので、

資格を取りたての方も無理なく

活躍できる環境です

。+ 無理のないスケジュール+ 。

訪問は一日5~6件ほど

移動時間もしっかり計算して

スケジュールを立てているため、

決して無理はさせません

また、慣れるまでは

先輩スタッフとの同行からスタート

一つひとつ丁寧にサポートしますので、

訪問介護が未経験の方も大歓迎です

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制(実働8時間/日)

(例)

・7:00~16:00

・7:30~16:30

・8:00~17:00

・9:00~18:00

・14:00~23:00 など複数シフトあり

休暇・休日:

週休2日制(月9日休み)

※2月は月8日休み

給与:

月給27万円~40万円
