● 品質保証部(以下、「QA」)は、意図した製品が安定して顧客に提供されることを担保するために、品質保証の方法を確立し、関係部署にこの方法を提供し、維持する役割を担う。

● 製品不良、顧客苦情の情報に迅速に対応し、生産性と顧客満足の両立並びに製品の品質改善に貢献する。

・基本的な法的要求事項、J&J Policyの理解に加え、専門的な事項についても理解する。

・他者と協業し結果に貢献する。

・重要なリスクを特定し、措置を講じる。

・優先事項から取り組み、期待される結果を出す。

・前例のないProjectにQuality memberとして参加し、Goalの達成に貢献する。

トップマネジメント管理:

・保健衛生上の危害の発生及び拡大の防止、コンプライアンスリスクの最小化。

・新技術の医療分野の展開のサポート。

供給者管理:

・海外製造業者の製造所が日本の法的要求を満たすための指導・監督(製造所認定又は登録業務、海外事業所のQMS適合性など)
・JJ製販品の他社の管理・指導
・QAが管理するプロセスに関わる供給者からの成果物の監視・管理・改善指導

QMS一般:

・QAが管理するプロセスの社内外関係者への力量確保と教育

新製品導入(設計管理):

・製品の設計管理、量産移管、製造・品質管理の各プロセスの把握及び各プロセスからの製品の品質保証方法の確立
・製品に適用される技術規格の新規制定・改訂時の適合性確認

受注・出荷:

・製品の市場への出荷に係る体制構築、逸脱、不適合発生時の出荷可否承認、出荷停止/出荷停止解除の指示

製造及びサービス:

・国内最終保管における品質業務の履行状況の管理
・海外製造業者の製造所が日本の法的要求を満たすための指導・監督(製造所認定又は登録業務、海外事業所のQMS適合性など)

修理・据付け・付帯サービス:

・製品品質に関わる文書の承認 (文書:規格書、手順書、規定書、記録)

顧客苦情管理:

・顧客フィードバック(含 苦情)プロセスの管理、苦情処理業務の遂行

製品検査・製品改善:

・製品品質に関わる文書の承認 (文書:規格書、手順書、規定書、記録)
・製品品質の問題に関する是正及び予防処置の推進、製品改善のためのFranchiseへのインプット

システム改善管理・CAPA

・回収プロセスの管理と回収業務の遂行(行政対応、進捗管理、回収品確認)
・監査を受ける際のSME(製品担当Qualityとして)
