【仕事内容】

QAエンジニアとして関わる範囲は広く、仕様通りの挙動確認のみならず、仕様レビュー及び仕様の改善を行う事によるユーザーの期待を超えた品質の実現、ユーザー視点でのUI/UX検証、開発プロセス改善に至るまで品質に関わる全ての領域に関わっていただきます。

お客様の利用環境に対する理解、サービス全体の仕様把握および分析によるサービス品質改善やテスト効率化を行い、当社の成長を支えていただきます。

【具体的には】

■体制整備・改善

・テスト自動化

・業務フローの立案・改善

■テスト業務

・テスト計画立案(テスト要求の分析とお客様への提案)

・テスト設計

・テスト手順書の作成

・テスト実行、記録、不具合報告

■品質改善業務

・不具合分析、評価報告書作成

※適性に応じて会社の定める業務へ変更の可能性あり

【求める人材】

・品質保証・テストの実務経験 3年以上

・テストマネジメントの経験 1年以上

・ソフトウェアテスト設計の業務経験

・Linux 環境での開発、運用経験 ※独学可

・他部署を巻き込んだ改善提案の経験

・医療事務等の知識・経験(興味・関心)

・AIに関する知識・経験(興味・関心)

・DICOM通信に関わる業務経験

・API テスト自動化に関する豊富な経験

・Amazon Web Services に関する基本的な理解と設計、開発、運用経験

【給与】

年収600~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
