職務内容
原材料(鋼板、特殊鋼など)に関する調達戦略の企画・立案・実行
年間数十億円規模のコスト削減目標達成に向けたバイヤー業務
サプライヤー(鉄鋼メーカー・商社)との交渉および関係構築
部品サプライヤーに向けた集中購買スキームの企画・推進
原材料市場の調査・分析を通じた調達戦略の継続的改善
事業統合を見据えた新会社向け調達プロセスの再構築
社内ステークホルダーとの連携による購買最適化の推進
理想の人材
製造業または関連業界で3年以上の購買経験
調達業務の基礎知識、および Excel / PowerPoint の実務スキル
原材料や商用車ビジネスへの興味・理解を深められる姿勢
サプライヤーと良好な関係を築き、競争原理を推進できる交渉力
原材料調達、商用車部品の購買、または営業経験があると尚良い
ロジスティクスやサプライチェーン戦略の理解があるとプラス
Power BI やデータ分析の知見があれば歓迎
