【業務内容】

営業活動の可視化と意思決定支援を目的とした分析基盤構築案件です。

複数システムに分散しているデータを整理し、実務で使われるレポートを作成します。

利用部門と密に連携しながら、継続的な改善も担当していただきます。

・営業データ(売上・案件・顧客情報)の整理および分析設計

・Tableauを用いたレポート・ダッシュボードの新規作成

・既存レポートの改善、パフォーマンス調整対応

・現場で実際に活用されるダッシュボードを作成できる

・業務理解を深めながら長期参画が可能

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

・Tableauでの実務経験:4年以上

・SQLを用いたデータ抽出・加工経験:3年以上

・業務データを用いた分析・レポーティング経験:2年以上

・週2〜3日出社できる方

【尚可スキル】

・営業管理、CRMデータの取り扱い経験

・データクレンジングや前処理の実務経験

・分析結果を資料化し説明した経験

勤務時間・曜日:

平日週5日8時間

稼働時間:9時〜18時(就業先による)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休二日制(土日祝)
