未経験から広告・プロモーションの世界へ 大手エネルギー企業の広報・PRを支えるプロモーションディレクター

株式会社 エム・シー・アンド・ピーは、エネルギー業界に特化した広告代理店として、展示会や動画、Web、SNSなど多彩なプロモーションを手掛けています。今回募集するのは、大手電力会社やエネルギー事業団体の広報・PR・啓発活動を支援するプロモーションディレクター。未経験からでも、先輩のサポートのもとでセミナー運営の補助からスタートし、徐々に企画立案・提案・制作ディレクション・納品まで一貫して携われるポジションです。

【入社後の流れ】

給与:

想定年収:330万円~450万円

※経験・能力等考慮の上、規程により決定

※賃金は目安であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性あり

・月給(月額)は固定手当を含む

・成功報酬:年1回(部門成績による成果配分制度)
