【ブライダルフラワー制作のお仕事】

具体的には…

ブライダル施設をメインにしたアレンジメント制作

花嫁ブーケ、新郎ブートニア、髪飾り、ウェルカムボード、会場飾り等の作成

会場の飾りつけ

花・備品等のメンテナンス・管理

…など、ウェディングフラワーの作成作業全般をお任せします。

※ご希望により、大森の店舗「ニコ・フラワーズ」での勤務も可能です。

高校生の時にアルバイトでウェディング会場のサービススタッフとして働いたことがありました。

親族にブーケを手渡す場面を見て「お花で感謝の気持ちを伝える」事に魅力を感じ、花に携わる仕事がしたいと思いました。

アルバイトで会場を知っていることもあり、声をかけていただき入社しました。

高校卒業後、専門学校(ウェディングフラワー専門)時は様々な会場でインターンなどを経験。

他社では経験がないと実作業に携われないこともあり、スグに実践的なお仕事ができる当社を選びました。

実働経験がなくても、丁寧に優しく指導して頂けたのがよかったです。

株式会社ケルンウェイ

同じ会社に勤務していた先輩・後輩2人が「お花に携わる仕事がしたい」と2014年にNIKO FLOWERS+(ニコ・フラワーズ)を起業。

"後輩"は企業系診療所での事務職を退職し、ホテルでのブライダルフラワーの仕事に従事。

その後ワーキングホリデーでカナダへ留学。

カナダでもフラワーショップを実体験しました。

現在共同代表の"先輩"はもともと「薬剤師」という異色のプロフィールをお持ちです。

勤務していた企業系診療所を退職後、1年間のカナダ・アメリカ留学を経て後輩とともに花屋をオープンしました。

現在では大森のフラワーショップ「NIKO FLOWERS+(ニコ・フラワーズ)」と表参道アトリエでのブライダルフラワー制作を手掛けています。

今後、ブライダルフラワー事業を拡大していく予定です。

今回は常勤スタッフの増員のため、新メンバーを募集します。

お花で感謝の気持ちを伝えたり、笑顔を増やすお手伝いをしていきませんか。

土日祝日含む週2回以上勤務可能な方を募集致します

8:00 出社、制作準備

10:00 アレンジメントの打ち合わせ、作成

12:00 休憩(スタッフと調整・交替制)

17:00 片付け後、退勤
