「【東京】調達品の品質管理業務(航空・宇宙・防衛領域担当製品)」のポジションの求人です

【期待する役割】

航空機(民間・防衛)やロケット、艦艇などに用いられる各種エンジンの製造・修理等に要する調達品(ブレード/ディスク/シャフト/フレーム/電子・油圧制御機器/鍛造素材/鋳造素材)の各サプライヤーいずれかの主担当として、調達品の品質管理業務に携わっていただきます。

※ご経験やスキルを踏まえ管理職あるいは担当管理職(スペシャリスト)としての採用となる可能性がございます。

【業務詳細】

◆要求事項(図面・規格・規程)の確認、発注仕様書・品質管理要求書・指示書等の作成

◆品質適合性確認、および、不適合品発生時の原因究明・是正対策の検討・有効性の確認

◆サプライヤーから申請される工程変更の取り纏め

◆品質監査等を通したサプライヤーの品質管理体制の維持・改善・向上

◆品質改善活動の推進・リスク評価 等

大口のサプライヤーからは各社年間数十億円にのぼるような規模の調達を行っており、調達品の図面や規格、品質管理要求書の要求を正確に理解し、サプライヤーと一体となって製品品質の確保とサプライヤーの品質管理体制強化を支援します。国内外のサプライヤーを担当し、海外では欧米を中心としたサプライヤーに出向いて、三現主義で品質問題の解決に向けた協議や品質監査を行う機会があります。

【働き方】

■平均残業時間:月20時間

■フレックスタイム制:有(コアタイム:無)

■リモート勤務:可(週1~2日)

【給与】

年収 780 ~ 1350 万円

※年収は、経験・年齢・資格等を考慮し、規定により決定致します。

■賞与:年2回(6月、12月)■残業代:別途支給致します。

※管理職採用となった場合は、監理・監督者のため残業代の支給はございません。

予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。月給は固定手当を含めた表記です。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
