仕事内容:

BAR TIMES STORE(浅草)は、プロのバーテンダー向けのバー用品専門店です。店舗運営とEC出荷を、チームで安定的に運営していくためのスタッフを募集します。

浅草の店舗は2026年2月中旬頃のオープンを予定しており、オープンまでは店舗立ち上げ準備(OJT)と、ECの出荷・在庫管理などのオペレーション業務がメインになります。オープン後は、店頭での接客・販売や商品陳列など、実店舗運営の比重が増えていく想定です。

【主な業務】

・店頭での接客/販売、商品陳列、店内整備

・EC出荷(ピッキング、梱包、発送処理)

・在庫管理(検品、棚入れ、簡単な在庫チェック)

・店舗運営の準備・サポート(備品管理、作業手順の整備など)

・(可能な方は)英語での簡単な接客対応、SNS発信のサポート

・オープン前の準備期間から関われるため、仕事の流れをしっかり身につけられます。

・業務はできるだけマニュアル化し、複数人で対応できる体制を整えています。

・「販売だけ」「倉庫だけ」ではなく、店舗運営とECの両方に関われる仕事です。

・バー/カクテル/道具が好きな方にとって、学びの多い環境です。

・運営を安定して任せられる方には、将来的に社員登用も検討します。

・英語は必須ではありませんが、英語での接客が可能な方は優遇します。

求める人材:

「バーカルチャー」や「カクテル」に興味がある方を歓迎します。当店はインバウンドのお客様も多く、接客・販売がメイン業務になります。あわせて、ECの出荷(ピッキング/梱包/発送)や在庫管理など、店舗運営のオペレーションにも関わっていただきます。

・接客/販売の仕事に前向きな方

・丁寧に作業できる方(出荷作業・在庫管理を正確に行える方)

・基本的なPC操作ができる方(メール、簡単な入力など)

・英語での簡単な接客ができる方(必須ではありません)

・インバウンド対応(飲食/小売など)の経験がある方

・EC出荷/在庫管理の経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

  • 開始・終了時間はご相談に応じます(例:10:00〜19:00 )
  • 週3日以上(週4〜5日勤務できる方歓迎)
  • 年中無休の営業を予定しています(勤務曜日は面接時にご相談ください)
  • 原則残業はありません

休暇・休日:

シフト制(年中無休の営業を予定)
