【業務内容】
介護施設にて、ご利用者さま一人ひとりの"普段の過ごし方"に合わせたリハビリを担当します。
歩行・立ち上がり・姿勢保持などの基本的な機能訓練に加え、
「自分のペースで移動したい」
「趣味の時間を続けたい」
「食事の姿勢を少しラクにしたい」
など、生活スタイルに寄り添ったパーソナルな支援を行います。
フロアでの見守りや軽い体操の声かけ、介護スタッフとの連携を通じて、
"その人らしい1日" を無理なく続けられるよう、自然な形でリハビリを生活に組み込みます。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:45 出勤・申し送り(ご利用者の生活状況共有)
9:15 午前リハ(個別リハ・姿勢調整・生活動作練習)
11:30 昼食前の姿勢・動作サポート
12:00 休憩
13:30 午後リハ(趣味活動に合わせた動作支援・体操など)
15:00 フロア巡回・声かけ・軽運動の促し
16:00 記録・翌日の個別プラン調整
17:30 退勤

【月給】27万円~32万円 ■昇給あり:年1回 ■賞与あり:年2回(3月・9月)
