  • 仕事内容

建設プロジェクトを裏から支える事務スタッフを募集します。中学校の複合施設など、大手ゼネコンの現場に関わりながら、書類や見積、請求の流れをスムーズにすることでプロジェクトを前へ進めるやりがいがあります。覚えることは多めですが、手厚いフォローと資格支援で無理なく力をつけられます。

  • 具体的な業務内容

現場と本社のやり取りを日々コーディネートしながら、書類の作成や管理、請求・受発注処理を中心に動きます。朝はメールや伝票の確認から始まり、見積書や契約書の作成、協会の会合への出席など、状況に応じて現場担当者や協力会社と連絡を取り合いながら進めます。経験を積めば、得意分野に応じて専門的な業務に集中していけます。

・書類整理、管理(図面や契約書類のファイリングなど)

・請求業務、入金確認

・見積書の作成、見積内容のとりまとめ

・安全書類の作成、提出準備

・契約書の作成補助、チェック

・受発注処理、伝票入力

・電話対応、来客対応(お客様のご案内)

・協会の会合や打ち合わせへの出席、議事録作成など
