【業務内容】(雇入れ直後 )

担当職種の内容

日本のITにて利用しているすべてのサプライヤーを管理する責任を担います。

サプライヤーの選定からサービスのモニタリング、最適な条件の交渉、未使用サービスの解約・ダウングレード、およびサプライヤーとのパートナー関係維持・向上も担当します。

本ポジションは、サプライヤーに対するニーズを把握するため、社内外のステークホルダーと密に連携します。

具体的には下記です。

【サプライヤー管理・分析】

・日本およびグローバルレベルのサプライヤー戦略と調達基準の策定に参画

・サプライヤーおよびサービス利用状況(地域内)のデータ収集、分析・報告

・サービス内容や契約条件の変更・更新の判断

・サプライヤーとの日常業務や社内オペレーション(例:リクエスト対応、アクセス権限管理など)

【契約管理】

・サービス利用実態を把握し、使用状況に応じたサービス配分の最適化

・契約に基づくSLA・KPIを管理し、月次での報告・レビュー

・オリンパス基準に沿ったサプライヤーおよびサービスの選定

・月次サービスレビュー(MSR)を定期開催し、KPIを明確に提示

【所属組織】

ソリューション・デリバリー

オリンパスの業務を支えるITシステムの導入・運用を担います。

・Salesforceなどのグローバルプラットフォーム導入

・SAP、SuccessFactorsなど基幹・コーポレートシステムの運用

・RPAや品質管理など共通サービスの提供

・グローバル基幹システム導入プロジェクトへの参画

【応募資格】

必須条件

・2年以上のIT分野においてサプライヤーとの長期的な関係構築をした経験

・ITアプリケーションおよびサプライヤーサービスの管理経験

・バイリンガル(日本語:ネイティブレベルもしくはN1レベル以上、英語:ビジネスレベルもしくはTOEIC800点以上)

【勤務時間】

8:45~17:30 (休憩:昼45分)

標準労働時間8時間

※フレックスタイム制度あり/コアタイム無し

※時短勤務制度・テレワーク勤務・時間外労働あり

※業務の状況等により変更となる可能性がございます。

【休暇・休日】

・年間休日:129日(自社カレンダーに応ず)
