病院に伺い検体を回収する集荷スタッフの募集です

【仕事内容】

(1)出発前の準備

検査報告書の仕分けや必要なボックス・容器を整理して準備

(2)医療機関へ訪問

検体と依頼内容(名前・検査項目・個数)が合っているか確認

検体を温度管理ボックスに入れて、車に積み込む

(3)帰社後の作業

検体を搬送用ボックスに移して、発送の準備

※軽自動車を使用ルートや訪問先の病院は決まっています。

※必要な情報は「検査案内書」や支給されるアプリで確認可能

※「検体検査」とは、患者様の血液、尿、便、組織などを調べる検査(2か月間の研修で丁寧にお教えします)

  • 勤務時間

12:00~20:30(実働7.5時間、休憩60分)

・週5日勤務

・土曜は隔週で勤務あり(毎週土曜出勤も歓迎)

・残業あり(月20時間程度)

・4週8休(日祝休み、土曜隔週勤務)

・年末年始

・有給休暇(法定、入社時付与、計画年休:年10日取得推奨)

・その他特別休暇(結婚、生理、つわり、出産、育児、介護、忌引 等)

仕事での運転経験がなくても軽自動車使用&固定ルートですぐに慣れることができました。

簡単な事務(照合や確認)作業もありますが、マニュアルが整っていてスムーズに進められます。

1日のほとんどが一人業務ですが、慣れるにつれお客様とも顔見知りになり、あいさつや会話も楽しめます。

出発、帰所の際は「行ってきます」「おかえり」と声を掛け合い、困った時も周囲に相談できる温かい職場です。

※月・火は回収量が多め。

逆に水・木は休診が多いので、回収量は少ない傾向にあります。

【入社後の流れ】

まずは社内規定や簡単な業務内容、臨床検査の仕組みなどを座学します。

上記をふまえ約4週間、実際の集荷業務を同行しながらレクチャーします。

その後独り立ちできるか判定を行い、問題なければ1人での勤務となります。
