■職務内容

総務部総務課のスタッフ職として、社長秘書業務全般を担当していただきます。

【詳細】※入社当初の想定業務

★社長秘書業務

∟スケジュール管理、アポイント調整、各種案内状作成、メール代理送受信、物品購入、経費精算、接待のアレンジ、名刺管理、各種チケット・ホテル手配 等

★総務補助業務

∟電話対応、来客対応、お茶出し、日常業務全般(食器洗い、郵便物仕訳、清掃、ゴミ捨て等)、手土産手配、会食手配、慶弔管理、社用車運行管理、中元・歳暮、備品管理 その他庶務業務

■配属部署

部長1名、副部長1名、課長1名、メンバー5名(男女)、派遣社員2名(女性)

・秘書経験(社長・役員のいずれか)

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:10 【勤務時間補足】

■所定労働時間:7時間40分

■休憩時間:60分

■時間外労働有無:有

■残業:月平均3.8時間(全社平均)

【勤務地補足】

■転勤:当面なし(尼崎⇔大阪での転勤可能性は将来的にございます)

※変更の範囲:会社の定める事業所(会社が定める全ての場所)

休暇・休日:

土日祝休み 育休(取得実績有)

※総務部門で育休取得者あり

完全週休2日制(土日祝日)

年間有給休暇:10日~20日(下限日数は、入社直後の付与日数となります)

※有給休暇取得率90%以上(総務部門は率先して取得率100%達成を目指しています)
