  • 【仕事内容】

建設業許可(新規・更新・経営事項審査)の実務担当

当法人は建設業許可を中心に20年以上の実績があり、

既存の取引社数は400社超

実務の「型」とマニュアルが整備されており、

未経験の方でも段階的に成長できる環境が整っています。

具体的には

・既存顧客対応 (訪問対応・来客対応・電話対応・メール対応 )

・要件確認(不足資料の洗い出し/行政庁への事前確認)

・申請書類の作成 (フォーマット・マニュアルあり)

・行政窓口対応・進捗管理・関係者との調整

※新規とび込みや電話営業、ノルマなどは一切なし

信頼関係のある既存顧客からのご紹介がメインのため

  • 案件は、最初から最後まで一貫して担当者が対応

  • 【入社からの流れ】

  • 入社~3カ月:

先輩案件に入り「要件の見方」「資料の集め方」「作成手順」を習得

  • 3カ月~6カ月:

一部案件を担当(上司・先輩が必ずチェック&確認)

  • 6カ月後:

主担当デビュー(判断が必要なところは上司・先輩に必ず確認できる体制)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万8000円 〜 26万1300円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万3000円 〜 3万9200円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり19時間30分)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
