仕事概要
株式会社LegalOn Technologiesは、AI技術を活用して法務、契約業務を支援するテクノロジーソリューションを開発、提供するスタートアップ企業です。創業以来、累計約286億円の資金調達を実施し、事業を急拡大させてきました。 2024年4月にはJR渋谷駅直結の「Shibuya Sakura Stage」SHIBUYAタワーへ増床移転し、組織規模の拡大を続けています。 事業拡大の観点においては、法務業務全体を包括的に支援する世界水準の法務AI「LegalOn」を新たにリリース。 加えて、より広いユーザーニーズをカバーし、多様な法務業務の支援を行うべく、日本を代表する法律事務所である「森・濱田松本法律事務所」との業務提携も開始しました 2023年には米国子会社を設立し、世界市場への展開も本格化。さらに、2025年7月には森・濱田松本法律事務所外国法共同事業との資本提携に伴う戦略的パートナーシップを締結し、また、OpenAI, Inc.との戦略的連携も開始しました。 現在はグループ全体においてグローバルでの導入社数が7,500社を突破(2025年9月末時点)しており、国内外問わず法務課題を解決するべく、弁護士の法務知見と自然言語処理技術や機械学習などのテクノロジーを組み合わせ、事業を推進していきます。 (弊社のパーパスについて理解を深めて頂ける動画もぜひご覧ください。) ・LegalOn Technologiesが目指すもの「パーパス」 LegalOn Technologiesは、AI × Legal のフロントランナーとして、日本発のリーガルテックを世界に発信しています。事業拡大・海外展開・組織進化を背景に、AI時代の新しい法務をともに創るシニアリーガルメンバーを募集します。 【期待する役割】 ・AI・リーガルテック時代の法務組織の構築。 ・最先端AIを活用した新しい法務オペレーションモデルを共創し、事業推進を支援。 ・適切なリスクテイクを踏まえて法的意思決定を行う。 【主な業務内容】 - ツールやAI等の活用による新しい法務プロセスの構築 - 最新ツールの活用を前提とした、法務において担うべき業務の見直し - 既存のプロセスを自社プロダクト(企業法務向けプラットフォームLegalOn及びコーポレートガバナンスを支援するFides)や生成AI等を用いた、法務業務(法務相談対応や株主総会・取締役会運営等)の効率化 - 以下のような法務業務 - 株主総会、取締役会の事務局運営 - 新株予約権発行に伴う対応 - 法令改正への対応方針策定 - 契約書、申込書、利用規約、約款等の作成及びレビュー業務 - 新規事業や新規施策に関する法的調査、対応策の提案、関連書類等の作成業務 - 他部門からの各種法務相談対応 - 社内の法的知識の向上支援 - 法令改正への対応方針策定 - 社内規程の整備、管理 - コンプライアンス体制の構築と推進 - 内部通報制度の運営
必須スキル
・企業内法務での実務経験5年以上。 ・自組織内の業務を効率化した経験及びプロセス改革・業務標準化に関する知見を有する方。 上記に加えて以下のいずれも有する方 - 企業活動に関する法律についての基本的知識(民法、会社法、個人情報保護法、労働法、下請法(2026年1月から、中小受託取引適正化法)、独占禁止法、著作権法など) - 自ら課題を特定し、主体的に解決に動けるスキルとスタンス

・テクノロジー/AI領域での法務経験がある方。 ・日本または海外の弁護士資格を有する方。

応募概要
給与
〜1,500万円程度(経験・スキルに応じて決定します)。別途、弁護士資格手当あり。SO等インセンティブ制度の適用可能性あり。
