お仕事内容について
愛知県常滑市にある工房で、伝統ある急須作りをお任せします。一つ一つ手作りで丁寧に作業する、やりがいのあるお仕事です。
今回は特に、2026年2月に予定されているドイツ出張(急須のPR等)に同行いただける、英語スキルをお持ちの女性を募集します
【お仕事内容】
- 伝統製法による急須の成形・色付け・仕上げなどの手作業
- その他、製造工程における補助業務
- 英語でのコミュニケーションが必要となる業務(海外取引、来客対応、ドイツ出張時の通訳・サポート業務など)
- 扱うのは軽量な急須で、体力的な負担が少なく、もくもく集中して作業したい方にピッタリです。
- 未経験者でもご安心ください。先輩パートスタッフがイチから丁寧に指導し、一人前になるまでしっかりサポートします。
働く環境・働き方について
- 求める人物像:英語が話せる方、手仕事が好きな方、もくもく作業が好きな方、パートで安定して働きたい方。
- 勤務時間の一例:9:00〜15:00(実働5時間)など、ご相談に応じます。
フレックスタイム制度も導入しています。
- お昼休憩:12:00〜13:00(柔軟に対応可能です)
- シフトの自由度:急なお休みの対応OK お休みの希望も柔軟に対応し、子育てとの両立を応援します。
- 雰囲気:男女比1:9と女性が多く、20代~60代の幅広い年齢層が活躍中アットホームな環境です。
