Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 東京都・神奈川県に13拠点を展開する訪問看護ステーションです。

1万人を超える利用実績を持ち、看護師108名、理学療法士50名、作業療法士24名、言語聴覚士1名の医療専門職が連携してサービスを提供しています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 利用者様のご自宅を訪問し、医療的ケアから日常生活支援まで幅広く対応します。

1日5~6件程度の訪問が標準で、オンコール対応や書類作成も業務に含まれます。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 当社スタッフの70%が訪問看護未経験からスタートしています。

入社後研修、同行訪問、定期面談など充実したサポート体制で安心して始められます。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間: 原則9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

勤務曜日: 月・火・水・木・金・土・日のシフト制(365日シフト制)

※オンコール当番で出勤する場合があります

※利用者様の状態によっては土日祝に出勤していただくことがあります(褥瘡処置や点滴対応等、連日訪問しなくてはならない場合)。負担が偏らないようにスタッフ間で分担します。

・残業月20時間以内

休暇・休日:

年間休日: 2025年度 合計122日(月10日前後)

有給休暇: 入社当日に10日間付与。入社月によって、4月または10月に法定日数を付与

リフレッシュ休暇: 有給休暇とは別に年3日付与。毎年付与された日から1年間有効となり、有給休暇と組み合わせて取得することも可能

時間単位有給休暇: 2時間、半日、1日と選べる有給休暇制度あり

その他: 育児休業制度、介護休業制度、慶弔休暇等あり

月給: 369,100円~431,500円

(最低保障基本給+定額残業手当+歩合給+調整給)

想定年収: 440~515万円

※月70~80コマの場合の歩合給を含む(1コマ60分訪問)

※歩合給は40コマ超から支給

固定残業代: 時間外労働の有無に関わらず30時間分を固定残業代として支給 69,023~79,230円

昇給: 年1回
