  • ポジション概要 「神保町すずらん通り店」または、「その他の都内直営店」のいずれかの店舗を担当していただきます。

当社独自の管理職ポジションである【フォロワー】候補としての採用です。

一般的な店長職とは異なり、 "現場に入りながら、店舗全体を支えるマネジメント役"として活躍いただきます。

・調理はシンプル。難しい技術や長時間の仕込みは不要

・現場+マネジメント、どちらもバランスよく経験できる

  • 主な業務内容 調理や接客だけでなく、

【店舗を安定して運営するための管理・マネジメント】が中心です。

【具体的には】

・仕込み・調理(簡単な工程が中心)

・接客対応

・食材・備品の発注業務

・売上・数値管理

・アルバイトスタッフの採用・教育

・業務改善やオペレーション見直しの提案

・その他、店舗運営に関わる管理業務全般

※「すべて最初から完璧にできる」必要はありません。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり44時間

9:00~23:00の間のシフトにより労働時間を管理します。

※1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制

※労働基準法における特例措置対象事業場の基準に則り、

1週間の法定労働時間は44時間となります。

※深夜勤務はありません。

※1日の勤務時間を調整するため、無理のない働き方が可能です。

※残業月30時間前後

基本給:月給 32万円 〜
