This executive role is for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at a popular AI SaaS company, responsible for the organization's financial health, robust governance, and strategic growth trajectory.
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
Manage end-to-end accounting, ensure IFRS compliance, oversee consolidated financial reporting, and coordinate external audits.
Tax & Treasury:
Supervise domestic/international taxation (including transfer pricing) and manage group-wide cash flow and treasury.
Compliance & Controls:
Ensure strict regulatory compliance, prepare statutory disclosures, and lead the establishment/improvement of internal controls, including J-SOX implementation.
Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&A): Drive financial health via mid-term plans, annual budgeting, and strategic KPI management.
Investor Relations (IR): Develop/execute IR strategies, liaise with institutional investors, and manage relations with the Stock Exchange.
Capital & Governance:
Manage capital policy (equity/debt financing), oversee equity schemes (e.g., stock options), and manage governance structures (Board/Shareholder meetings).
M&A Execution:
Lead all phases of M&A from analysis, valuation, and due diligence to contract negotiation, closing, and Post-Merger Integration (PMI).
Corporate Operations:
Provide executive oversight for core corporate functions including HR, labor management, and general administrative services across the group.
Requirements
CPA / Senior Financial Leadership:
Certified Public Accountant with prior experience as a CFO or Head of Administration at a global or listed company preferred.
Advisory & Governance Background:
Direct experience at an auditing firm or a strategy consulting firm.
M&A Transactional Experience:
Proven, practical experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Team Management:
Demonstrated track record of leading and managing teams.
