業務内容
秘書(総支配人付)は、ホテル運営の責任を担う総支配人が日々円滑に業務を遂行できるよう、次のとおりサポートを提供するポジションです。
- 社内外の各種スケジュール調整および管理(例:各部門長との会議設定、出張準備、会食手配、他)
- 資料作成(例:会議資料および議事録の作成)
- コミュニケーション(電話/メール等)対応(例:総支配人に代わっての作成および発信、各種礼状作成、贈答品手配、他)
- 庶務業務(例:経費精算、名刺管理、ファイリング、他)
- 特命事項への対応

応募資格(必須
)
- 3年以上の秘書または部門アシスタントの経験
- 社内外のエクゼクティブ(本部長クラス)以上の対応(接遇やコミュニケーション)経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(会話:来客および電話対応/読み書き:メール・レター、資料作成ができるレベル)
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力(日本語が母語でない方はJLPT1級が必須)

- ホテルでの勤務経験(オペレーションに精通している方は尚可)
- ホスピタリティ業界での勤務経験(例:ホテル、航空会社、飲食、サービス業など)
