【機械組立ってなに?】
弊社では、完全未経験の方も歓迎しています。
設計図をもとに、決められた順番に沿って、
機械の組み立て作業を行います。
最初は少し難しいと感じるかもしれませんが、
しっかりと教えていきますので、安心してくださいね。
未経験からでも活躍できるお仕事です。
独り立ち後は、月収50万~60万円が可能
(製図から、制作、納品までを担当した場合)

【未経験スタート活躍中】
入社後は、実践形式で教えていきます。
仕事の流れを実際に見ながら、覚えることができます。
正直、最初は失敗することもあると思います。
ですが、たくさんの失敗を繰り返して
きちんと覚えていただければ大丈夫です。
少しづつ経験を積みながら、
モノづくりの感覚を覚えていきましょう
また、作業は分担して行っています。
お任せする作業以外の工程は、興味・関心や
スキル・適性などで判断してお任せしていきます。
【柔軟な発想でFA技術業界をリード】
*FA技術とは?
Factory Automationの略で、
(ファクトリーオートメーション)
工場を自動化する機械・ロボットを提供する業界です。
人の手で作業を進められるものであれば、
(特殊な機械や装置を使わない製造であれば)
基本的には弊社で製造可能です。
技術職ということもありますが、
競合が少なく、長期的に安定して働くことができます。

製図して、製作していく中で
最初から設計通りに機械が動くとは限りません。
時には、思い通りに動かなかったりすることも…。
試行錯誤を繰り返しながら、
完成へと作業を進めていきます。

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日
8:30~17:30(昼休憩:60分、15時休憩:30分)
※繁忙期には残業があります(2時間程)

現在は30代、40代、50代、60代の9名が活躍中直近は、37歳の方が入社されました。最年少は34歳の常務です。年齢は一番下ですが、業界歴は17年初めて1人設計し、完成した時の感動は今でも忘れられないとのこと。それくらいやりがいのあるお仕事なんです。
