太陽光設備の施工スタッフ

【主な業務内容】

・太陽光パネル、蓄電池、エコキュートなどの設置(3~4名で作業)

・分電盤の取り付け、電気配線

・メンテナンス

・現地調査

【業務の特徴】

・戸建住宅をメインに施工を行います

・作業は1日1件程度で、無理なく働けます

・作業はその日中に完結し、翌日に持ち越しません

・3~4名のチームで協力して作業を進めます

・休憩は自由に取得できます

【1日の流れ】

・09:00 それぞれの持ち場で作業開始

・12:00 休憩は自由に取得

・13:00 作業再開

・15:00 作業完了

【求める人物像】

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

・頭で考えるよりも身体を動かす仕事が好きな方

・人とのコミュニケーションを大切にできる方

【入社後のサポート】

・3ヶ月の座学と実技で基礎から学べます

・工事の流れ、配線の種類、工具の使い方、設置方法など充分に学んでから現場に入れます

・半年~1年ほどかけてじっくり育てていきます

・研修中はもちろん、独り立ち後も必ずチームで作業するので安心です

9:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩2時間)

固定残業代あり:月給¥300,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

最短入社1年で主任への昇格が可能月給も【5~10万円】ほどUPします

750万円(31歳・入社4年/支部長)

525万円(28歳・入社3年/主任)

405万円(25歳・入社1年/施工スタッフ)※入社2年目以降は450万円以上確約
