[仕事内容]
日系自動車メーカー様向けのADAS製品開発プロジェクトにおいて、ソフトウェア開発全体を統括し、プロジェクト成功に導いていただきます。
- 開発計画の立案: プロジェクトの目標達成に向け、ソフトウェア開発の全体計画(ロードマップ、スケジュール、リソース配分など)を策定します。
- グローバルチームのマネジメント: 世界各国の開発拠点のエンジニアと連携し、開発の進捗、品質、リスクを管理。チーム全体が最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう牽引します。
- 顧客との技術交渉・調整: 顧客である自動車メーカー様と直接対話し、技術的な課題解決、および仕様のすり合わせや調整を主導します。

資格
[必須の経験・スキル]
- ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおけるマネジメント経験、またはリーダーとしてチームを率いた経験
- C言語またはC 言語を用いたソフトウェア開発経験
- 日本語(ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル / N2以上)
- 英語(ビジネスレベル / TOEIC 700点以上目安)
- 運転免許証(AT限定可)

- 自動車の電子制御ユニット(ECU)のソフトウェア開発経験
- 海外拠点を含むグローバルプロジェクトの推進経験
- 自ら課題を発見し、計画を立てて解決まで導いた経験
- 顧客との直接の技術交渉・調整、仕様策定の経験
- PMPなどのプロジェクトマネジメント関連資格
[英語力]
- 海外のチームメンバーとの会議進行、技術仕様書の正確な理解、専門的な内容を含む技術交渉・調整を英語で円滑に行えるレベルが求められます。
[英語の使用頻度]
- グローバルな開発体制のため、プロジェクト内のコミュニケーション(会議、メール、チャット)は、ほぼ全て英語で行われます。
- 日々の業務で英語を積極的に使用し、実用的な英語力を高めたい方にとって最適な環境です。
