・ラーメン作りは、当社社内資格の

「スープソムリエ」取得を

目指しながら教育を受けれますので、

ご経験がない方でもご安心いただけます。

(セントラルキッチンで

加工済みの食材やスープが届くので、

毎日仕込みに追われる事もございません)

・主な業務内容

・接客・レジ対応などのホール業務

・仕込み・調理などのキッチン業務

・売上・スタッフ管理を含む店舗運営業務

(スタッフの採用・育成・評価・労務管理)

・店舗のQSCA

(品質・サービス・清潔さ・雰囲気づくり)

の維持・改善

・お客様満足度向上のためのサービス提供

→店舗の皆さんが抱える問題

悩みなどに対し、解決に向けて取り組みます。

・Coordination(調整)

→課題に対する取組みを

関連部署と調整して進めます。

・Control(修正)

→現地現物現実の視点で神座スタンダート

(ハウスルール)の

達成に向けて修正していきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~翌8:00の間でシフト制

※実働8時間+残業

※休憩時間:60分

※店舗の営業時間によって変わります。

勤務地:

関西は大阪、兵庫、奈良、和歌山。

関東は東京、千葉、埼玉。

駅前から商業施設内、

フードコート、ロードサイドなど様々な

スタイルの店舗がございます。

給与:

年収:~365万円(社内資格取得や昇格など

頑張り次第では、入社次月からお給料を

上げていけるチャンスがあります)

※ご選択のキャリアタイプによっては

初年度から賞与が付きます。

月給:基本給22万 + 残業代

(残業代1分単位で別途支給。

30時間残業した場合は47,000円支給いたします)

※基本給は経験やスキルを考慮のうえ、

弊社規定により優遇
