【お任せする仕事】

当社では、マンションやアパートなどの空室リフォーム、共用エリアの修繕、居住中の室内補修、

さらに緊急トラブルの対応など、幅広い業務を行っています。

今回の募集職種では、現場の管理者として活躍していただきます。

・作業の安全管理

・進行スケジュールの調整

・スタッフの配置・指導

・工事の品質チェック

・施工写真の整理

・見積や請求書の作成

・協力会社や施主との打ち合わせ、提案

など、多岐にわたる業務を通じて、工事をスムーズに進行させる重要な役割を担っていただきます。

プロジェクト全体を動かしながら、成長を実感できるポジションです。

8:00~17:00 ※現場による(休憩90分)

祝日を除く月~金と、第1・3土曜日

給与:

月給 298,600円 〜 398,000円

※給与幅は能力・経験による

※前職給与考慮します
