【仕事内容】

SBSロジコム NRC支店(日本レコードセンター事業)にて、

物流センター運営における管理・改善業務全般をお任せします。

CD・DVDなどのメディア商材を基盤としながら、

近年は新たな商材の取り扱いも拡大中。

既存オペレーションの運用に加え、

業務設計・改善に深く関われる変革期のポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

・入出荷工程および現場オペレーションの進行管理

・検品、保管、仕分け、ピッキング、返品対応の統括

・業務効率・品質向上を目的とした改善施策の企画・実行

・安全管理、コスト管理を含む倉庫運営全般

・契約社員、パート、アルバイトスタッフの育成・マネジメント

・シフト作成、勤怠管理などの労務管理

基本給:月給 25万600円 〜 35万7000円

固定残業代:なし
