営業スタッフを支える営業事務として、

バックオフィスから事業をサポートするお仕事です。

S.H.N株式会社のグループ会社として、

飲食店に特化した不動産仲介業を行っている当社。

今回は飲食店の店舗開発部の営業活動を支える営業事務スタッフを募集します。

<具体的な仕事内容>

  • 営業事務業務

・物件情報の入力・更新(自社・他社Webサイト)

・営業資料、物件資料の作成・管理

・契約書、誓約書、請求書など各種書類の作成

・電話・メールでの問い合わせ対応

・来客対応

・営業スケジュールの管理・調整

・契約に関わる事務業務全般

未経験でも安心のポイント

・最初は先輩社員のサポート業務からスタート

・業務を通して少しずつ覚えていける環境

・分からないことはその都度確認しながら進められます

・事務未経験からスタートした社員も活躍中

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 24万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

  • 月給24万円~+宅建資格手当1万円~3万円+賞与

※経験やスキルにより相談の上決定します

※残業代は別途全額支給します
