Job Description

衛星開発システム第2部TeamX1ユニットは小型SAR衛星のコンステレーション「StriX」シリーズの量産化に向けた衛星構造開発、次世代衛星の構造開発、熱/構造解析による設計妥当性の検証、生産対応、及び振動試験や熱真空試験などの環境試験対応など、衛星の構造設計業務を担当するユニットです。

メンバーの半数は宇宙開発業界以外の出身で、宇宙機器開発未経験者歓迎です。入社時の導入研修により、早期に業務に慣れていただくことが可能です。相談しやすく、コミュニケーションが活発なユニットです。

■担当業務

小型SAR衛星コンステレーション「StriX」シリーズ衛星の熱計装部品の設計、熱解析業務、熱真空試験対応業務をご担当いただきます。

■具体的には

・熱計装部品(MLI、放熱テープ、ベルクロ)のレイアウト設計

・熱計装部品(Multi-Layer Insulation、多層断熱材)の形状設計、製造図面作成

・放熱テープ/ベルクロ取付図面作成

・コンポーネント及び衛星のTVT(Thermal Vacuum Test、熱真空試験)対応

・宇宙環境における衛星と衛星内のコンポーネントの熱解析、

・生産対応

・日程/コスト管理

Job requirements

■必須要件

・毎日通勤できる方、勤務地:神奈川県大和市中央林間

・レイアウト設計、実装設計の経験

・3D CADを使った実装設計の経験

■歓迎要件

・熱計装設計の経験

・熱解析業務、熱制御設計の経験

・宇宙機、人工衛星の設計・開発経験

・日常会話レベル以上の英語スキル
